Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

• Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Be free from stains, odours, damage, pet hair, or signs of use

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on bedding products that have been used, washed, or are no longer in resalable condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items only.

If you would like a different colour or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item in accordance with this policy.
